Our Story
Benjamin started practicing law in California in 2004, and moved to the Greater Los Angeles are in 2006. He’s worked for large law firms, medium sized firms, and finally hung up his own shingle. Since then he litigated multi-million dollar lawsuits, defended people accused of criminal activities, helped people get and retain custody of their children, and once negotiated a dog visiting agreement. But he found that he liked helping people get their financial freedom most of all, which has lead him into learning and doing more bankruptcy, tax settlement, and other debt settlement work over the years.
While California has many fantastic bankruptcy attorneys, too many focus only on grinding out petition after petition and then turn away if their clients have any troubles. Benjamin has been brought into multiple complicated bankruptcies by other attorneys when things started to go wrong, and seen the pain and suffering this has inflicted on their clients. So he takes a special pride in making sure his own client’s bankruptcies go as smoothly as possible and they never have to experience the problems that can happen.
Similarly, in his tax settlement practice Benjamin takes pride in helping his client set themselves up for future success by developing plans which allow them to keep their business operating why the process goes forward.
In his free time Benjamin is an avid scuba diver, who particularly loves beach diving and helps out with many clean beaches / clean seas initiatives.
